Here's the dream report that was meant for Friday morning (May 20):
These dreams may not be in the order i had them...
1. I think my experience of this dream was a combination of it being related to me by the person who was actually there, watching the events like one removed, and actually being the main character. One of the people in the building where i live in real life was mountain climbing. While on a trip, they were encouraged to check out this particular area that was a gigantic sheer wall of ice. While climbing, they found an ice cave and went in and set up a bit of a camp. While setting up, it suddenly got very cold, and then they said, "I felt like i'd been drinking wine," and they began to feel like they were floating. An avalanche was happening around the cave. They then heard a voice chanting, "[You] will sleep the deep, deep sleep..." The last dream note i don't quite understand, but i think the main character began looking through their bags in order to keep from going crazy, in order to have something to focus on.
2. The dream started with me arriving in a busy grocery store or mall with all the stores open. I was going up to a certain shop which i think was Shoppers Drug Mart, but it was closed when i got there (and suddenly there was no one around? i forget). As i started making my way out of the supermarket i got an eerie feeling. Two female bank tellers saw me, and then they were grocery cashiers. The grocery store was now full. Everyone was staring at me. I realized they were all zombies, although everyone looked normal. I understood that if i did the wrong thing, they'd all realize i wasn't a zombie and attack me and eat me. I started cautiously trying to vacate the premises. Then some of them pointed out to me that i was also a zombie. My left eye was hanging out of its socket, halfway down my face. My right eye was gone, though (this seemed appropriate in the dream since in real life my right eye has been giving me a bit of trouble, and in the dream i knew my right eye couldn't be working).
3. A sex dream with lots of airbrushed people. People having sex in an Escalade and in strangely-shaped pools with little windows in the pool where people would expose their body parts. The pools looked partially like puzzles with lots of odd markings (instructions? like medical instructions?) all over the place. A grotesque and exciting feeling. Lots of sparkling blue lights, mist, and blackness around the pool. The part in the Escalade was bland colours, beiges, greys, browns.
4. At a big school assembly, i was teacher or a student or both...or first i was a student and then became a teacher. Lights were a little dim, not that i couldn't see clearly, but it was a little difficult, maybe? I was counting a family member's money for them (they handed me their wallet). I was a new teacher. My family member wouldn't sit beside me (it wouldn't be cool). There was a kindergarten girl doing a presentation on autism. (Then there's a note i made that now i don't understand: "bathroom same bed"...i think it means in the dream i was actually in my bed during the presentation, the bathroom part i'm not sure about). While watching the presentation one of the kids (?) kissed my shoulder (i don't think it was amorous, more like innocent affection). There was some thinking or talking about what it's like living with children with disabilities. Then i was in a room in a basement with a caregiver. (The note for that last sentence i don't quite understand or remember that part of the dream.)
5. I was at the electronic music festival Shambhala, but also at a women's festival in a South American city with a friend. There were women's sports events, women's dance courses, and a history something (my note isn't clear what). The last note for the dream is, "locations, times, prices."
