Before bed: worked; couldn't make it to my niece's birthday party; talked to a friend on the phone; invited by a different friend to attend the Half Pints Brewery anniversary on the weekend; brief talk to another friend on the phone; played soccer; talked to one of my housemates in my apartment; made a cover and song list for CD i made the other day

1. I'm at a yard sale being put on my family and the family of a close friend; the sibling and partner of my friend are fighting. My friend is slimmer, with shorter hair than in real life. It is the afternoon, sunny, and summertime. Amongst the items are bad scary movie and crappy clothes. I'm hanging back, wearing a mask. I think my friend hasn't seen me, but everyone can tell who i am and as i walk away my friend asks, "How do you want to ____" (hang out? come outside? go for a walk?...i realize in typing this now that it appears the question seems like it should start "Would you like to..." but i think it was more a matter of negotiating boundaries, but this is a guess). Just after she wonders if the two people arguing will have sex in one of their cars.
